where do you source your gifting items from?
All so very great items are sourced from makers and artisans in and outside of the US! Read each gift product page for more details on the artists.
where do you source the handmade vases from?
These bud vases are hand painted and carved in villages around Hanoi, Vietnam. We discovered the pottery while on our honeymoon and fell in love with the designs. They are each unique and one of a kind.
can you put water in the vases?
Yes, it is safe to put water in these bud vases if needed with fresh flowers!
do the gifts come with a note?
Yes! You can write a personal message at checkout. We will hand write your message to your recipient on one of the artisan designed cards below. Designs in order, left to right: blue or pink floral, winter berries or fresh flowers.
what is included in my gift order?
Your chosen gift or gift set comes lying in natural crinkle paper, wrapped with tissue and topped with your personal note, handwritten, on a beautiful artisan-designed card. Each gift box is topped off with a bow!
is shipping included with my order?
Shipping is a flat $7 on all orders. We realize what a bummer it is to get to the final checkout stages only to have expensive shipping charges added on so we keep it simple and affordable!
how do these products ship?
We ship via USPS. Expect 2-3 business days in processing and 2-5 business days in shipping.
We ship to all states in the contiguous United States.
what is your return policy?
All sales are final (but we feel confident they'll love it). We don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.
do you include the receipt in the box?
No, given majority of boxes purchased are for a gift, we never include receipts in the boxes.
my gift said it was delivered but the recipient didn’t receive it.
Have them take a good look in and around the area. If a box is delivered according to your tracking but the recipient didn't get it we will do everything we can to locate it by calling the carrier and the intended delivery building. Beyond that we recommend filing a carrier claim, and we'll do the same on our end!
what if their item arrives broken?
